Latest update to the purchase process on Patternfield makes transactions smoother and more transparent. Now, buyers can easily view the price of each design based on different license options or a full buyout. This enhancement helps buyers make informed purchasing decisions with clear visibility into pricing, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined buying experience. Let's take a look:
Go to a design that you are interested in. You can see all preset license types of this design. You can choose a license or buyout that match with your need. Then click on "Purchase" to continue the process.

Note: The "Make an offer" button is available only when the designer allows us to sell their designs on the platform. Even though the designer doesn't sell their art on the platform, you still can contact them for more details about the design. You and designers will negotiate to finalize the price, and Patternfield does not involve in this process.
You can see all details about the design below the image (overview, details and reviews from other buyers). You can contact the artists for more information about the design by clicking the contact button. You can make an offer if you are interested in this design.
After you have selected the design license along with its price, the screen will appear as shown below.
You need to choose a payment method. There are two options: Use a Visa card or use a Credit/ Debit Card. After that, you need to fill all Necessary Information.
The screen will display as shown below. You have completed step 1 of the purchase process. If you want to cancel the order, click "Cancel this order." And now, you only need to wait for the response from the designer. The designer will have 14 days to submit the file. In case there is no response from the designer after 14 days, the transaction will be canceled.
If you want to send a message to the seller for more information, type your message and click "Send message".
After the designer delivers the file according to the design you purchased, you will receive the design files. The transaction status will change to "Delivered." After downloading, if you have any modifications, you can contact and discuss with the designer through messaging. If you have no further requests, the transaction will be completed.
After you have downloaded and reviewed the files, if you want any modifications or updates, click "Request Update." The designer will have 14 days to make the changes and submit the updated file.
If you want to rate the designer, click "Mark Received."
You can rate your satisfaction by giving a star rating and providing some comments for the designer. This feedback is very valuable to the designer, so we encourage buyers to leave reviews after a successful transaction.
