Note: To help you keep track of your offers, we've organized them in your inbox based on the different stages of the transaction. Please use the dropdown menu to view offers at each stage. You can click each transaction to view and proceed the offer if needed.

Read the instruction of making an offer for a buyout designs and for licensing a design for more details.

Canceled: The offer made was canceled by the buyer. The buyer can cancel the order if they haven't downloaded the file.

Completed: The transaction is complete. There is no further required action to proceed.

Counter offer made: A new offer has been made by the other party based on the current offer you made.

Delivered: After the payment had been complete, the pattern files were sent to the buyer.

Disputed (buyout only): When both parties do not come to the final decision of the offer and the buyer wants to stop the negotiation.

Downloaded: The pattern files sent to the buyer were downloaded.

Fell through (License only): When both parties do not come to the final decision of the offer and the designer wants to stop the negotiation.

In review: There are 2 states in this one:

  • In review: You left a review about the pattern when the transaction is complete

  • Waiting for review: The transaction is complete and waiting for you or the other person to leave a review

Offer accepted: The offer has been accepted by the other party

Offer declined: The offer has been declined by the other party. The buyer will no longer be able to make another offer for this pattern.

Offer expired: The offer expired when:

  • The buyer does not complete the payment within 14 days from the day the offer is accepted.

  • The designer does not deliver the files to the buyer within 14 days from the day the payment is complete.

  • The other party does not response the counter offer within 14 days from the day it is made.

Offer made: The buyer makes the first offer for a particular pattern.

Payment expired: The buyer does not complete the payment within 30 days from the day the offer is accepted (buyout only).

Pending payment: The payment is pending. The buyer has 30 days to complete the payment (buyout only).

Purchased: The buyer has paid for the pattern.

Request completion (License only): One party reports that the contract given is incorrect.

Request update: The buyer requests the designer to update the design file that was delivered.

Updated: The design file is updated by the designer.

Waiting for complete: After the buyer requests the designer to update the design file, the state will change to this.
