If you want to post a listing when it isn't occasional or seasonal, firstly, click "Edit listing" below the design that you would like to fix. 

Next, choose "Design Information". At the "Occasion" and "Season" dropdown, choose "Not Occasion Specific" or "Not Season Specific". Click "Save information" button to save the edit.
