Buyers can choose how often they would like to receive a notification, weekly or daily. If there is no new activity, buyers won't receive a notification.

Buyers will be notified when:

  • A new designer signs up

  • A new design is published

  • A designer they are following publishes a new design

  • A designer they are following publishes a new collection

You can choose which activities and how often you want to be notified. To do that, you can go to your account settings page by clicking on your avatar and choose "Account settings".

Next, go to the "Notifications" section to set the preferences. If designers don't change anything in this section, they will receive a default notification about the first 3 activities every week.

You can choose to receive notifications daily or weekly. The time you are notified is at 7:00 AM (GMT+7) everyday for daily digest, or 7:00 AM (GMT+7) every Sunday for weekly digest.

After finishing setting your notifications, click "Save settings" to save it.

When there is any new activity on Patternfield according to preferences you set on your account, a notification email will be sent to your email address. The email includes how many new designers signed up, how many new designs are published, how many new designs and collections of a designer you are following published.

You can click on the design image in the email to go to the design page on Patternfield without needing to log in to the website and find that design. Note that only designs which are allowed to be used for marketing by owners will appear in notification emails.

In addition, you can click on the avatar of a new designer (only appear when they set a new avatar on their profile) to go to their profile on Patternfield. When a designer you are following published a new collection, their name will be displayed in the notification email. You can click on the artist's name to go to their profile page.

You can click on the "ACCESS PATTERNFIELD" button in the email to go to the website. You can click "account settings" directly at the bottom of the email without accessing to the website to change your notification preferences.

If you don't want to receive notifications, you can go to your settings page, clear all options then save it.
