We cannot guarantee the success of any participant, nor can it be decided for buyers what they want to see.
To enable each participant to have the best chance of being seen, we are taking the following steps:
booking an extra booth for every 20 designers over our quota
Investing in the “Patternfield @ Surtex” Digital Show which is available to buyers who do not make it, and provide opportunities for all participants to be exposed to buyers through a special “Surtex Only” online show
Running the show for 45 days post Surtex to allow lots of time for individual designers to follow up and engage
Providing contact information for all buyers who leave their details with staff at the booth
Like any show, participants should not be complacent - whilst we do everything we can to attract buyers, it is also up to you to let buyers know you are there, establish appointment times with buyers and create interest in your work prior to the show.
