Do the fees listed include costs to attend the show/walk the floor?

If designers want to walk the floor, do they need to pay any extra fee on top of the costs that were listed in the email?

Artists are not allowed to enter SURTEX and walk the floor. Only those who exhibit are allowed.

We are negotiating with SURTEX to have a limited number of artists on rotation throughout the 2 days. Depending on how many artists want to actually be there, we will allow you to work the booth for a few hours, and of course, as you do that go and walk the floor, so there will be no charge. Otherwise, artists are not permitted to freely enter.
