Here are the steps that take you to your Profile Settings Page:
Click on profile image on the header
Choose “Profile settings” tab
Land on your profile Settings Page
After filling in all required details, you need to click the “Save changes and Request for Approval” button on the bottom of the page.
The verification usually takes around 12 hours. Once your account is verified, you can see all of the designs on PatternField and contact the designers.
I have just sign up as a buyer, but why I cannot view or access any designs on Patternfield?
Only vetted buyers will be able to see the designs. You need to fill all information and send request for admin approval on your Profile Settings Page.
Follow the following steps to send request to admin: Avatar > Profile Settings > Input information and send request.
Sending request for admin approval is the one time process.
How long does it take to process verification for my account?
We will process your request as soon as possible. The maximum time is 12 hours.
Can I change my information after being verified?
Yes, you can update your information at any time and don’t need to send request for admin approval.
Once my account is verified, what can I do?
You will be able to:
View designs and access the designs to view more information.
Contact designers directly from the designs
Add designs to your favorite
Follow your favorite designers and receive email notifications whenever the designers post new works
What can I do on Patternfield if I don’t send request to the admin?
You can only view the designer’s portfolio page but cannot view their designs, purchase designs or contact designers.
